We NPG SMART team is ready to work without PO for works under Rs. 10000, only if:
- Written email communication will be considered equivalent to PO itself.
- There will be no delay on invoice processing giving any reason relates to issuance of PO or any kind of approval.
- No negotiation/discount over given prices after the work done.
- The invoice will be considered valid with screenshot of mail approval, signed & stamped WCC. Any extra work apart from BOQ and mail approval will be done on chargeable basis.
